To strengthen the English Language mean to enhance the command of the language as a compulsory language to be learned, the language of communication and of  knowledge at the national and international levels.

To strengthen the English Language through:

- increasing the numbers of hours for teaching and learning of English in SK, SM, SJKC and SJKT
- English Language teachers of quality
- The teaching & learning approach
- widening the functions of computer laboratories to language lab
